The Fairytale Diaries is a two part series for young adults (high school)
readers, but is appropriate for all audiences.
The books are modernized retellings of a
number of the most loved fairy tales, in which the characters are modern
teenagers in the town of Faraway, Washington.
The twisted tale of the rebooted intermingling fairytale characters is
told in the chilling style of Brothers Grimm, Hans
Christian Anderson, and
other classic fairytale masters. Each book contains artwork by Amanda Gatton. The artworks are compiled in an art journal called The Fairytale Diaries Art Journal, available on Amazon. The eleven coloring sheets from book two, Wonder Never, are pictured here. You may click, print, and color!

The pictures above and below here each contain a quote from the books, and they give you a clue as to which tales are "re" told in each of the novels! Some of them are pretty obvious, but others are a little more subtle. Leave a comment below with your guesses of whose in these renderings!
